We instrumented the entire storefront with BlueConic intent listeners — capturing scroll depth, product interaction patterns, exit intent signals, cart composition changes, and session engagement velocity. These behavioral signals feed into the CDP in real-time, building rich customer profiles that power every downstream personalization decision.

Using BlueConic's dialogue system, we deployed context-aware overlays and inline content blocks triggered by specific behavioral thresholds. Instead of generic popups, each dialogue is personalized based on the visitor's real-time session data — their browsing history, cart contents, and intent signals — delivering the right message at the exact moment of highest receptivity.

We built dynamic upsell and cross-sell modules powered by the CDP's product affinity models. When a customer adds an item to cart, the system evaluates their profile against purchase patterns and surfaces complementary products or bundle offers calculated to maximize AOV. The logic continuously learns and optimizes based on conversion data.
